The molds are for the nose cone for the formula car, and are being cut out of 15lb density foam. I can run pretty quick, but the part is still about a 2 hour run time. And there's 2 of them. It's gonna be a long night.

Cool.
I've wondered about making a ghetto homemade version of such a thing. Homemade mill and that blue insulation they put on houses (so long as the resin doesn't react with it).
